Weekly Group Runs

Tuesdays 6 p.m. Beginner/Intermediate – A group for anyone currently jogging for about 30 minutes and who might have already completed their first 5k/10k.

Tuesdays 7.30 p.m. Hills and Drills - Not for the faint hearted, this is a session for those wanting to improve strength and endurance to help their race times. Meeting at the shop and lasting around an hour, this is hard work but hugely rewarding.

Thursdays 6p.m. Run Start - For those that want to start jogging but don’t know where to start. Led by a certified Jog Scotland coach who will help improve your running form and efficiency. This group will prepare you for your first 10k and is being run in conjunction with the 7 ½ mile Dunblane Road race on 24th May. Prerequisite: This programme is designed for people who can currently walk continuously for 60 minutes.

Thursdays 7 p.m. Mixed Ability Run - offering alternatives from 3.5 miles to 7 miles. This run accommodates all levels with certified Jog Scotland leaders accompanying each group.

Saturday 9am Training Run - a longer training run. These runs will typically be at least 9 miles in length and are ideal for the aspiring half marathoner (and beyond!)

Carse of Lecropt Time Trial (3.6 miles) - October to March at 9am on the last Saturday of the month. April to September at 7pm on the last Thursday of the month.

All runs start at the shop.
